Job Title: Marketing Coordinator CeraVe Global team
Reports to: General Manager- CeraVe Global
Location: 10 Hudson Yards, New York

Job Summary:
The position involves sense of service, liking to help and support a team, to make their life easier and calmer in a fast moving and stressful environment; a great sense of organization and appreciation of Microsoft, Nielsen, Euromonitory, is necessary to complete correctly these tasks. Analytical competences are must. The position requires problem-solving abilities, autonomy and proactivity.
Artworks:
In order to bring products to life, artworks are a major and complex phase. The position involves detailed oriented spirit, strong communication skills, organizational practices, communication among cross-functional team.
Main tasks:
brief creative teams on needs, under the marketing team supervision, and manage communication with countries regarding timings, and feedbacks alignment.
Respect deadlines with countries in order to launch products on time
Work with Diadeis, Esko, graphic chain management
Ensure smooth upload and routing of artworks on both TAG and ESKO
Take into account countries annotations, check their correct implementation
Proof reading and alignment with the project managers to implement changes
Facilitating communication with regulatory and legal teams
Market analysis and competition tracking
Support marketing team with market analysis, sell-out panels, and ad-hoc competitor reviews
Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and quantitative/qualitative information
Support the team with the preparation of meetings with upper management (CDM, Prospective, CPGs, etc)
Manage competition boxes and platforms, making sure that they are updated
Administrative Responsibilities
Agenda and meeting organization:
Manage annual schedules for the DMI team
Manage agenda of DMI General Manager
Organize committees by sending invitation to participants (reviewing lists quarterly), booking rooms.
Organize meetings including management of attendees, booking location/AV equipment, and catering
Organize and communicate agenda of meetings/events, updating any changes to all participants
Schedule travel, car service and hotel reservations (monitoring all necessary changes), when applicable
Financial responsibilities
Manage finance of DMI General Manager and DMI Head of Marketing
Organize, prepare and submit all time and expense reports for GM, head of Marketing and Digital
Navigate companys resources and interface with various departments (on behalf of executives) to collect information, respond to requests, and obtain services.
Send products and packages worldwide
Manages all POs for the Marketing Team
