Onsite, or online. This course is based on the requirements contained within the OSHA Code of Federal Regulations for General Industry (29 CFR 1910). This course covers OSHA-mandated topics, such as OSHA inspection procedures, record keeping, fire detection/prevention, welding, cutting, electrical, lockout/Tag out, personal protective equipment, ergonomics, hand and portable tools, industrial hygiene/blood borne pathogens, walking and working surfaces, means of egress and fire protection, cranes, electrical, hazard communication, and material handling.

Onsite, or online course. This program includes OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as construction safety and health principles. The training will place emphasis on those areas that are most hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide. This program is more applicable for the construction supervisor, with a more intensified focus on various occupational safety and health standards. Course participants can expect to be able to locate and identify OSHA standards in 29 CFR 1926; identify common causes of accidents and fatalities in hazardous areas of construction; recommend abatement techniques for such hazards; and recognize various construction processes, materials, and equipment.

Onsite, or online. This 40 Hour Hazwoper training program consists of a synopsis of the core elements of an occupational safety and health program including emergency response plan and procedures. Besides live lecture and instructional videos, the program includes discussion of pertinent provisions of EPA standards or laws, decontamination equipment and procedures, and review of air and contamination monitoring equipment. The training concludes with a class interactive task where students are asked to apply the information and materials that were provided during the course to mock hazardous scenarios. 4 Hour Electives Package What is SST training? In accordance with Local Law 196 of 2017 all supervisors on job sites in NYC that require a Site Safety Superintendent are now required to obtain a supervisor Site Safety Training (SST) Card. In order to qualify for the Supervisor SST Card individuals must complete a total of 62 hours of training approved by the NYC Department of Buildings. Edit: This package includes 4 online classes which when combined with an OSHA 30 and additional SST Credits may qualify you for a supervisor SST card.
